About our group

Eccleston Scout Group reopened in September 2005 and are now one of the fastest growning and most active groups in the district. We currently have two Beaver Colonies, a Cub Pack, a Scout Troop and a linked Explorer Unit - Yarrow Vikings ESU.

Each section meets weekly during school term time at our hut based in Eccleston, of which you can see more about below.

Our Scout hut

Our hut is where all of our sections have their weekly meetings and is also available to hire on free evenings and weekends. Alongside the hall, we have a well equipped kitchen, small meeting room and a brand new outdoor space!

We're always doing work on our HQ, whether it be bigger projects like our recent work on the space behind our hut, or just a lick of paint. We frequently hold maintenance days, where we have volunteers come along and help us out, really making a massive difference to our hut! To find out more about hiring our space, please contact us.
